No problem at all! You do not need to be there live to get your questions answered.You will have the opportunity to submit your questions ahead of each office-hours call. In addition, all office-hours calls will be recorded and available by the following day, so that you can view them on your schedule.
What format are the workbooks and vocabulary lists? Are they physical books mailed to me?
The workbooks, vocabulary lists, and other downloadable resources are in PDF format for download. Because everything will be fully available to you online, nothing will be mailed.
