AI Visibility Scorecard
multiprocessmining.org · Manufacturing & Industrial
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl Multi... Process Mining, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

Multi... Process Mining is a business whose own site puts it this way: "multiprocessmining.org is an initiative to gather use cases and develop technologies for process mining over multiple objects and entities, multiple actors, multiple systems, multiple." When AI engines look at it, they find little to work with. It scores 4.0 out of 10.
On its own pages the site does well on a clear heading structure, crawler access and the files AI engines look for and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow. What holds it back is a clearly stated business identity, credibility markers like credentials or reviews and structured data describing the business.
Off the page there is only faint evidence that the domain is only lightly established. Beyond that, almost no other sites link to it, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business, there is no press coverage to draw on, nobody is discussing it where AI engines look and it does not come up on Reddit. None of that can be fixed on the page: it has to be earned.
The site links to no social profiles, so there is nothing tying the brand to a wider presence.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 4/10, Multi... Process Mining is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
So, we now just wait?
Overall, I think that the strategy of letting the database community do what it does best – deliver high-performance data systems – is already paying off for process mining. As illustrated for Event Knowledge Graphs: We can gain already state-of-the-art performance and scalability using off-the-shelf data management systems with very minimal effort.
How mature is it?
The term OCPM itself has been coined in 2019 with first roots in 2017 and in 2018. Yet, the topic of modeling and analyzing processes “as-is” rather than through artificial sequences of events is almost as old as the field of process mining itself.
If it’s so good, why isn’t everyone doing OCPM?
Despite all these tangible benefits and demonstrated viability, OCPM has not become the mainstream approach to process mining. Many vendors and practitioners are adopting OCPM much more slowly.
How do we handle our socio-technical debt of “case-centric thinking”? How do we migrate?
Reducing technical debt is hard – especially if it is in the very systems that you rely on to generate revenue or reduce costs. We cannot simply swap out a classical case-centric solution for an object-centric one. Instead, we need migration strategies. This is something that we have not been discussing in the process mining community so far – at least not broadly and certainly not within the academic community.
Where does OCPM drive value?
Technologies and methods are adopted in society if they provide some form of benefit. In an industrial context, this benefit is often seen in specific, measurable value for the organization, for example through cost reduction, increased quality, increased productivity in the process itself or in the organization itself through improved well-being of workers or patients or reduced wear and tear of equipment.
