How do I reset a forgotten password on gorblox?

Visit the login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered email address. We send a reset link within subject to verification. Click the link, create a new password, and log in. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our English support team for manual assistance.

Are there fees on a deposit or withdrawal request?

gorblox does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) may apply their own standard fees — check with them directly. All amounts shown in your account reflect the net value after any provider deductions.

How does the weekly cashback offer work?

Weekly cashback is a promotional offer available to eligible account holders. The exact terms — percentage, minimum activity, payout schedule — are listed in the Promotions section of your account. Cashback is credited as account balance on a fixed day each week. Terms apply; review the promotion details before your first session to confirm eligibility.

What account-control tools does gorblox provide?

We offer account preferences (set a daily or weekly cap), session pause (temporarily disable your account), and activity history (view all transactions). Access these tools in your Account Preferences section. You can adjust limits anytime or contact our support team for additional account controls or temporary suspension.
