Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat does it cost?

Investment varies by team size and whether we shoot on-site or in-studio. Because every image is individually lit, directed, and hand-retouched to a consistent standard, we scope each project to your organization rather than selling a flat package. Reach out for a tailored quote.

Do you travel on-site to our office?

Yes. We bring a complete portable studio to your Atlanta-area office, or anywhere nationwide, and set up in a conference room or open space. On-site is the fastest way to photograph an entire team in one visit.

Will this disrupt our workday?

No. We keep people moving and build a schedule around your team's size and the flow of your day, so the session fits into your operations rather than taking them over.

What should we wear?

Solid colors photograph best; we recommend avoiding busy patterns and bright neon. We send a simple prep guide before your session so everyone shows up camera-ready.

Can you match new employees to our existing headshots later?

Yes. That's a core reason teams choose us. We keep your lighting, background, crop, and retouching style on file so future hires match your current set exactly.
